LoadScout is not a resource-consuming utility. To use it you need:

• Windows 95/98/Me or Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP
• Approximately 2MB of free disk space

Temporary files created by the program can require more disk space depending on the amount of downloaded data. All these files are removed when you exit the program.
